Some of these Recipes are mine, some aren't, some are just ideas. ...my main objective is to have a lot of really
yummy vegan Recipes (Aside from personal reference, when some one asks me in a puzzled fashion what on earth I eat...).
I only have a few recipes up now, many are by friends or family... and I need to get more...
Also, I've tried to catagorize things well, look around, a Thai dish maybe in appetizers and vice versa...
I don't believe any of these recipes are any one elses intelectual property, how ever before using any of these in a published sense
check with me and or those people first, all rights are retained to the recipes.
Why Vegan/Vegetarian? Primarily the Health benifits, Also the extreme ecological effects (aprox. 100 people can be fed vegetarian from the land & resources used to feed a single person). ...and it's not my greatest
concern, but I don't care for slaugter and animal treatment is largely very bad. I will probably post some additional links
later, for now... www.Vegan.com (I haven't really checked it out...)
